About
Igor Gawrys

I build AI systems and digital solutions for enterprise clients in energy, eCommerce, and education across Europe.
I started coding at 13 and co-founded my first tech company at 16. By 17, I was managing 25 people and $300K in revenue - learning that managing people is harder than any codebase.
Currently an IT Consultant at SMF Poland (German-based), working on enterprise asset management for the energy sector. I led the company's AI adoption for development - GDPR-compliant policies, data censoring, local LLM deployment.
On the side, I build and run a multi-agent AI platform on OpenClaw with custom skills, automated workflow pipelines, and integrations across 7 countries. I also built my own dev orchestrator - a local CI/CD tool with a 9-stage pipeline for PHP projects.
I'm not a vibe coder. I remember writing every line by hand, and that experience is what makes the AI systems I build actually work in production.
Based in Katowice, Poland. Working across European and global markets.

Travel taught me more about problem-solving than any textbook. When your train breaks down in rural Mongolia and nobody speaks your language, you learn to adapt fast. That mindset carries directly into engineering - stay calm, find the pattern, build a solution with what you have.
"He built an AI system that completely transformed our customer support operation. What impressed me most was not just the technology - it was his ability to get the team to trust it. Within three months, our resolution time was cut in half."
